Data Deletion Instructions
MarketFreeze respects your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with MarketFreeze through a connected third-party platform (such as Facebook or Threads) or have otherwise provided us with personal information, you may request deletion of that data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at marketfreeze1@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account or interaction with MarketFreeze
- The platform through which you interacted with us (e.g. Facebook, Threads, Telegram, Bluesky, or our website directly)
- Any additional details that help us locate your data
What Happens Next
We will process your request and delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. We will confirm completion of your request via email.
Facebook and Threads Users
If you have interacted with MarketFreeze via our Facebook Page or Threads account, you can also request deletion of your data by visiting your Facebook or Threads account settings and revoking MarketFreeze’s app permissions, in addition to contacting us directly using the method above.
