Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MarketFreeze website located at marketfreeze.com (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MarketFreeze provides automated aggregation and display of publicly available financial market data, specifically FII/DII institutional flow data from NSE India, along with live price data and market commentary prepared by our editorial team. The Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of limitations.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Use the Site or its data to build a competing product or service
  • Republish, redistribute, or resell any data or content from the Site without written authorisation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or associated systems
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications via any contact mechanism on the Site
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Misrepresent our data or analysis as your own original research

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on MarketFreeze — including but not limited to articles, design, layout, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of MarketFreeze and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law. Underlying financial data (NSE FII/DII figures, exchange prices) originates from their respective sources and is used under their respective terms.

You may share links to our articles. You may quote brief excerpts (up to 50 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original URL. Any other reproduction requires our prior written consent.

5. Newsletter and Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails containing market data summaries and analysis. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed INR 100 (one hundred rupees).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketFreeze and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
