2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide Voluntarily
- Email address — collected when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact form. This is the only directly identifying personal data we actively collect.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
- Server logs — your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, financial information, government ID, or any sensitive personal data as defined under the DPDP Act.

- Newsletter service provider (Beehiiv): If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is transmitted to Beehiiv, Inc. (USA) for the purpose of sending you emails. Beehiiv processes data under its own Privacy Policy and is subject to appropriate data transfer safeguards.
- Hosting infrastructure: Our website is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Server logs (including IP addresses) are processed on these servers.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or a competent governmental authority under applicable Indian law.
No other third parties receive your personal data.
5. Cookies

6. Data Retention
- Newsletter email addresses: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscription on request.
- Contact form messages: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.
7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act
As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — request a summary of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us (see Section 9)

8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, restricted server access, and regular security monitoring. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Children’s Privacy
